The Knife Angel and Brick History

The Knife Angel is a thought provoking and very moving sculpture by Alfie Bradley. Made from more than 100,000 knives surrendered during amnesties throughout the UK, it is a national monument to victims of knife crime. It’s been in Hull for a few weeks as part of a national tour and was situated in The Rose Bowl area of Queen’s Gardens. We visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Bankside Gallery
